NSPCC

Within Staffordshire, the NSPCC run therapeutic services that can be accessed by children in foster care. These are; “letting the future in”, a therapeutic service for children who have experienced sexual abuse, “face to face” providing independent emotional support, brief solution focused therapy and direct work to children in care. NSPCC also provides a service to undertake therapeutic work with children and young people who display sexually harmful behaviour. These services are not generally accessible to children and young people who are accessing other therapeutic intervention.

Foster carers, social workers or young people themselves can make a referral to the NSPCC on 0844 892 0273.
